Once you have chosen the models you need follow these instructions.
By e-mail or fax send us the following information:
- Your full name, address, telephone and fax numbers.
- Tell us the model(s) you want and how many of each size for each model.
- Complete ship to address - name, address, telephone
- Method of payment
U.S. orders - Wire transfer, Mastercard, Visa or PayPal
International orders - Wire transfer only

When we get this information we can call you with a shipping quote. Then we will e-mail or fax you an invoice with the details of your order. At the bottom of the invoice will be the details for payment depending on which payment method you choose.
